Paul Allen joins opposition of Wash. income tax on rich

Microsoft co-founder has joined his former company and its CEO, Steve Ballmer, in opposing Initiative 1098, which would impose a state income tax on people who make more than $200,000 a year in Washington, The Associated Press reports.
